Short bio

Krisztina Miskó has more than a decade and a half of research experience in rural development and sustainable natural resource management. Currently, her main areas of research are the conservation of biodiversity in agricultural areas, the sustainable use of natural resources and the study of related ecosystem services, and agri-environmental issues, in particular the effects of climate change. She has participated in research topics related to agricultural employment, agricultural cooperation, the LEADER program and innovation. She gained experience in the planning and evaluation of rural development programmes (SAPARD, AVOP, UMVP) and related issues of the Common Agricultural Policy.
