Short bio
Andor Németh earned a degree in human resource management from Szent István University. From 2007, he worked as a human resources officer at the Ministry of Finance and the National Authorising Office, and from 2011 he began working at the Hungarian State Treasury. He was involved in the development of the performance evaluation system, in the implementation of organizational development projects, and the performing EU accounting tasks. He joined the Human Resources Group at AKI Nonprofit Ltd. in 2021.
