Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 892 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2023 szeptemberében, ami 6 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 12 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban.
According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 892 per kilogram carcass weight in September 2023, which was 6 per cent increase compared to the average price in September 2022. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 12 per cent in September 2023 compared to the same month in 2022.
