According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the producer price of slaughter cattle in Hungary increased in the first twenty-four weeks of 2025: the producer price of young bulls per 1 kg of hot carcass weight rose to HUF 1,827, that of slaughter heifers to HUF 1,271, and that of slaughter cows to HUF 1,360.
