Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 820 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2023 szeptemberében, 5 százalékkal emelkedett 2022 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 3 százalékkal, a vágótehéné 19 százalékkal csökkent a vizsgált időszakban.
According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 820 per kilogram carcass warm weight in September 2023 increased by 5 per cent compared to the average price of the same month in 2022. The price of slaughter heifers decreased by 3 per cent and the price of slaughter cows decreased by 19 per cent in the period under review.
