Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 133,82 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 májusában. A zsírtartalom 0,01 százalékpontos, a fehérjetartalom 0,05 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 2,8 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2026 májusában a 2026. áprilisihoz képest 3,3 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 33,4 százalékkal esett vissza. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 88,6 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 májusában, az előző havitól 7,8 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjától 51 százalékkal maradt el. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 2026 májusában a 2026. áprilisihoz képest 15,1 százalékkal csökkent, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 14,7 százalékkal bővült.
According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the national average producer price of raw milk was HUF 133.82 per kilogram in May 2026, it decreased by 3.3 per cent compared to April 2026, and by 33.4 per cent compared to the same month in the previous year. Concurrently, compared to April 2026, fat content decreased by 0.01 percentage points, the protein content decreased by 0.05 percentage points and the base price decreased by 2.8 per cent. The export price of raw milk was HUF 88.6 per kilogram in May 2026, 7.8 per cent lower than in the previous month and 51 per cent lower compared to the same month last year. According to the data from the MPIS raw milk exports decreased by 15.1 per cent month-on-month, but increased by 14.7 per cent year-on-year in May 2026.
