Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 198,66 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 októberében. A zsírtartalom 0,15 százalékpontos, a fehérjetartalom 0,12 százalékpontos javulása, valamint az alapár 2 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2025 októberben a szeptemberihez képest 1 százalékkal mérséklődött, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 9 százalékkal emelkedett. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 177,49 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 októberében, az előző havitól 10 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjától 22 százalékkal maradt el. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 7 százalékkal bővült 2025 októberében az egy évvel korábbihoz viszonyítva.
According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the average producer price of raw milk was HUF 198.66 per kilogram in October 2025, it decreased in the last month by 1 per cent, but increased compared to October 2024 by 9 per cent. Concurrently, compared to September 2025, the fat content increased by 0.15 percentage points, the protein content by 0.12 percentage points and the base price decreased by 2 per cent. The export price of raw milk was HUF 177.49 per kilogram in October 2025, 10 per cent lower than in the previous month and 22 per cent lower compared to the same month last year. At the same time raw milk exports increased by 7 per cent year-on-year.
