Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 164,63 forint/kilogramm volt 2024 januárjában. A zsírtartalom 0,07, a fehérjetartalom 0,05 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 2 százalékos növekedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2 százalékkal emelkedett 2024 januárjában a 2023. decemberihez képest, és 26 százalékkal elmaradt az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárától. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 154,13 forint/kilogramm volt 2024 januárjában, az előző havihoz képest 11 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 15 százalékkal csökkent. A kiviteli ár 6 százalékkal volt alacsonyabb a termelői átlagárnál. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 4 százalékkal bővült 2024 januárjában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva.
According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 164.63 per kilogram in January 2024. The fat content increased by 0.07 percentage, the protein content by 0.05 percentage, the base price by 2 per cent, the average price by 2 per cent in January 2024 compared to December 2023, and the average price was 26 per cent lower than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 154.13 per kilogram in January 2024, it decreased in one month by 11 per cent, compared to the same month of the previous year by 15 per cent. The export price was 6 per cent lower than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export increased by 4 per cent in January 2024 compared to January 2023.
