The AKI Directorate for Sustainability organised an awareness raising, informative workshop in the framework of the project “Innovative education in gastronomy to support the sustainability of food systems (InGUPS) 2022-1-SK01-KA220-HED-000087766” of AMBIS University, Prague on 3 June 2025.
At the workshop Doc. Ing. Alžbeta Kiráľová, Ph.D., Vice Rector of AMBIS University provided a presentation entitled “Innovative education in tourism and gastronomy to support sustainability”, in which she presented innovative teaching and presentation techniques in association with supporting the sustainability of food systems. Afterwards, the workshop participants discussed the possible links between the topic and the current projects of the AKI and opportunities for future cooperation.
