Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 200,88 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 májusában. A zsírtartalom és a fehérjetartalom egyaránt 0,05 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 1 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 1 százalékkal mérséklődött 2025 májusában a 2025. áprilisihoz képest, ugyanakkor 22 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 180,88 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 májusában, az előző havihoz képest 3 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 36 százalékkal nőtt. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 24 százalékkal csökkent 2025 májusában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva.
According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the average producer price of raw milk was HUF 203.26 per kilogram in April 2025, did not change substantially in the last month and was by 22 per cent higher than in April 2024. Concurrently, compared to March 2025, the fat content decreased by 0.07 percentage points, the protein content by 0.03 percentage points and the base price increased by 2 per cent. The export price of raw milk was HUF 175.31 per kilogram in April 2025, 3 per cent lower than in the previous month and representing a 28 per cent increase compared to the same month last year. At the same time raw milk exports decreased by 25 per cent year-on-year.
