Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 163,81 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 januárjában. A zsírtartalom 0,09 százalékpontos javulása, a fehérjetartalom 0,02 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 14 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2026 januárjában a 2025. decemberihez képest 14 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 21 százalékkal esett. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 117,19 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 januárjában, az előző havitól 24 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjától 41 százalékkal maradt el. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 2026 januárjában a 2025. decemberihez képest 13 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 6 százalékkal csökkent.
According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the national average producer price of raw milk was HUF 163.81 per kilogram in January 2026, it decreased by 14 per cent compared to December 2025, and by 21 per cent compared to the same month in the previous year. Concurrently, compared to December 2025, fat content increased by 0.09 percentage points, protein content decreased by 0.02 percentage points and the base price fell by 14 per cent. The export price of raw milk was HUF 117.19 per kilogram in January 2026, 24 per cent lower than in the previous month and 41 per cent lower compared to the same month last year. According to the data of the MPIS raw milk exports decreased 13 per cent month-on-month, and by 6 per cent year-on-year.
