The publication provides information on the developments and situation in agriculture, forestry and food industry in 2020. Statistical data published in previous pocketbooks were used to provide comparability of time series.
Besides national and branch indicators and data, principal agricultural data are presented in details by counties.
International statistics are suitable to show the main trends.
The published data are compiled based on the publications of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office, National Game Management Database (OVA), Hungarian
Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority (MEKH), National Land Centre (NFK), EUROSTAT, the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) and the Institute of
Agricultural Economics (AKI).
